AINC offers a range of half-day and full-day professional trainings programs and conferences throughout the year for helping professionals. Family Matters
Family Matters is AINC’s professionally led workshop series for parents. Each workshop focuses on principles that build healthy parent-child interactions and strong emotional development. Presentations are all highly interactive and, at the end of the evening, children join their parents for playful experiential learning. Year of Conversations
AINC’s longest-running program, Year of Conversations presents topics related to the brain, the mind, and the body along with their application to mental health and well-being. Year of Conversations events offer a right-brained experience of left-brained concepts in a group forum that is lively, nourishing, and interactive. This program is free and open to anyone. Mental health professionals can earn CEUs for participating in Year of Conversations events. CEUs are free for AINC members, and are available to non-members for $20.
