OUR STORY & MISSION

From small discussion groupS to thriving non-profit orgANIZATION

AustinINConnection was born from a passion for transforming mental health practice through the latest discoveries in Interpersonal Neurobiology and Attachment Science.

Founded in 2007 by a group of dedicated therapists in Austin, Texas, the organization began as informal gatherings to share insights on what creates healthy minds and thriving relationships. Recognizing a gap in accessible, high-quality training, our founders sought to bring these powerful concepts to the professionals and community members who could benefit most. In 2014, our organization received its official 501c3
(non-profit) status.

Our core values—enrichment, inclusivity, and community—drive everything we do, ensuring that our members receive the highest standard of education and support in a welcoming, collaborative environment.

At AINC, we are committed to empowering therapists to elevate their practice and organizations, forge meaningful connections, and create lasting, positive change in their clients’ lives.
